How does Club Splerin work?
Club Splerin is a unique Membership-Only, Personalised & Confidential Rental Wardrobe Service, which allows you to rent a dress or dresses on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis according to your individually customised Club membership arrangements.
YOU NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO USE THE CLUB SPLERIN SERVICES.

Once you are a registered Club member, simply login to the Club Splerin website and visit your own virtual Wardrobe where you can view everything that is available for you. Take your time to go through all the fabulous clothes in your private wardrobe, find the Dress that most perfectly meets your needs and desires, then simply rent it! Then wear it!
Now, or at any time of your choosing, you can move on and choose your next dress from your Personalised & Confidential Virtual Rental Wardrobe (subject to your membership level).
How long can I rent a dress for? And how many at a time?
If you find a dress that you want to keep longer than the period you have reserved, we will always find a way to make this possible, provided this is part of your initial agreement with us, that your membership level entitles you to an extension, and that it will be at no extra cost than the original terms and conditions subject to dress available. However if not part of the initial terms & conditions, please be aware that Club Splerin will charge the same borrowing fee per dress, on 8th and on the 15th and so on.
What happens if the dress is the wrong size?
Before you become a Club Splerin Member, our Personal Stylists / Consultants will make sure that we have as much information as possible about the dresses that are made available just for you in your Personalised Virtual Wardrobe, so this is a situation most unlikely to occur.
If still not sure, closer to when you require a dress, you are welcome to send us your measurement so that we can suggest a size for you for a particular dress.
However in case you want to return a dress, please contact us ASAP by email or phone to let us know you will be returning the dress
Please note that it is part of our Terms & Conditions that all dresses must be signed for upon delivery, and also that you must let us know within two hours of receiving the dress if you wish to return it.
You can return a dress free of charge, but you will be responsible for paying for the return postage.
What do I do if a dress I want is out on loan?
Depending on your Level of membership, if you have higher level (please check our Membership Pack) we will make a new one for you!
However if you have Standard or Medium Level Membership, if a dress you want is out on loan, this means somebody else is renting it. Just leave a Request in the box provided in your VIRTUAL WARDROBE and we will notify you when the dress is back in stock. Please note that sometimes this option might be affected by the Popularity of the specific dress when we would then have no option other than to use a "First come, first served" basis only, and will provide you with a current waiting list for the item.
How do I return a dress when I have finished with it?
When you first received the dress, included in the package you will find Return Instructions - follow what these say. Or simply just use the stamps provided and send the dress back to us by recorded delivery via your local post office. The insurance will have been taken care of (included in the rental fee). How do I request a Dress?
Club Splerin is a unique Membership-Only, Personalised & Confidential Rental Wardrobe Service.
Access to the Club Splerin Rental Services is by Membership Only
To find out more about Club Splerin and apply for membership, please email store@splerin.com - alternatively, use the Club Splerin Membership Application Form
Registered Club Splerin members, please login here with the Username and Password we have provided you, then browse through your Virtual Wardrobe containing the dresses available to you. After finding the one you like, click on your correct size and indicate how many days you would like to rent it for. Then click on the Request button. The dress will then be delivered to you at the address you provided (please make sure it is correct when requesting).
Simply wear the dress and then return it back to us within the time allocated. You will receive a letter plus Invoice/Statement with your garment explaining exactly how to return your dress. Please ensure you do not exceed the time limit to avoid incurring further costs.
Are there shipping and handling costs?
There is a set Fee for all our shipping and handling costs, depending on your level of membership. Please see our Membership Pack or apply for membership using our Club Splerin Membership Application Form.
Shipping and handling costs vary and certain membership levels will qualify for free shipping and handling. Our shipping and handling charges include the cost of returning garments to us, as well as insurance cover while garments are in transit.
Shipping and handling charges will be added automatically at the checkout and there is a standard charge for delivery anywhere in the UK.
Deliveries to Ireland and mainland Europe have slightly higher shipping and handling costs - please contact us for an exact quotation.

How much does delivery cost?
Our UK Delivery Cost is £11.99 per garment. This is a standard service and your dress will arrive within 2-3 days.
Can I receive my dress the next day?
Yes. Please try to order before 12 noon and you should receive the dress on the following day.
I am London-based, can I get the dress same day?
Please contact us by email on store@splerin.com or call us on 07883356359 for more information.
Is it safe to make a payment online?
Absolutely. We will make available many payment options at a Secure Checkout and please be assured that your personal information is always kept private and confidential and we do not share Personal details with anyone at any time. (Please see our Terms & Conditions)
Can I track my order?
Yes, we track all our deliveries. Please email us on store@splerin.com or call us on 07883356359 and we will be happy to help and let you know the status of your order in transit.
What happens if I borrow a dress and want to keep it?
If you borrow a dress and love it so much that you want to purchase it, please email us at store@splerin.com or call us on 07883356359. If the dress is available for purchase we will make the necessary arrangements. Please also see our Membership Pack and our Terms & Conditions.
What if no-one is at the given address when the dress is delivered?
At all times please make sure that you give us the correct delivery address. If the delivery address is different from your main residence, please let us know.
If there is no-one available to sign for it at the time of delivery, the package will be taken to the nearest local depot, and a card will be left with you giving all contact and collection details. Please also see our Membership Pack and our Terms & Conditions
Who is responsible for dry cleaning?
We are responsible for all the cleaning involved with the dresses. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN ANY OF OUR GARMENTS YOURSELF or give them to anyone else for cleaning. If you stain or damage any of our garments in any way, don’t panic - just complete the Return Card with details of what caused the stain or other damage and which parts of the garment have been effected. Please send the Return Card with the dress and we will take care of it. Obviously, if a dress is beyond repair, you will be charged for this. Will I be able to reserve a garment for a future date?
Yes. Just call us on 07883356359 for instructions or email us on store@splerin.com with the dress name, size and (a) when you would like it delivered and (b) how long you are likely to use the dress, and we will get back to you with all the necessary details. Please also see our Membership Pack and our Terms & Conditions
Please note that this works also in the situation described under the question above What do I do if a dress I want is out on loan? except that when you reserve a garment in advance, you are guaranteed to have the dress you want delivered when you want it.
Please note you may have to pay for the rental in advance when reserving an item for a future date. The rental process is still the same and your reserved date of delivery and all other matters will be confirmed at the end of the Checkout process.

Are the dresses in good condition?
Club Splerin garments are mainly from Splerin and a major focus will always be on maintaining Splerin / Club Splerin value and service. Even more importantly we are driven by two key aspirations - Creativity and Quality.
If a dress has any fault at all we will never knowingly send it to you and we check every garment with the utmost attention before it goes out to you.
Most of our garments will be coming to you with their Tags still attached (and will often be brand new); Please only remove the Tags after you have decided that the dress fits and that you will be wearing it. See our Membership Pack and Terms & Conditions for further details.
Any Tags removed from a dress that is returned due to incorrect sizing or for any non-valid reasons will not be accepted as a free return and the original rental fee will be charged.

Can I cancel an order?
As long as your order hasn’t been processed and garment sent, orders can be cancelled, but please try to do this ASAP. Preferably call us on 07883356359 or email store@splerin.com
Please note that if a garment has already been dispatched when you cancel the order, you will be charged for Delivery Fees Only.
Can I buy gift vouchers from Club Splerin?
NO! Because of the nature the service we are offering - which is a unique Membership-Only, Personalised & Confidential Rental Wardrobe Service - it would be very difficult to achieve our core purpose if we were to offer gift vouchers.
You can however buy Club Splerin Memberships for your loved ones. In fact this is the best way to reduce the normally astronomical wardrobe costs for others as well as yourself.

I have a dress for sale. Do Club Splerin buy dresses?
NO! Because of the nature the service we are offering - which is a unique Membership-Only, Personalised & Confidential Rental Wardrobe Service - and because the designs we offer are mainly exclusive to Splerin.
